Sif Jakobs Jewellery offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, ensuring you have ample time to decide if your new piece of affordable luxury is the perfect fit. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original Sif Jakobs gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope along with your completed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
